First, the biomass raw material in the gasification furnace is ignited, and the flue gas generated by smoldering is converted into pure combustible gas (carbon monoxide, methane, ethane, etc.) after spraying, cooling, purification and other processes. Heat source, (or use wood powder burner, natural gas, etc.), to heat up the carbonization machine in the early stage, and start carbonization after reaching the set temperature. The flue gas generated in the carbonization process undergoes secondary combustion of the generated combustible gas through processes such as spraying, cooling, and purification. Circulate in this way, use the flue gas produced by the self to burn the self to achieve the effect of energy saving. Moreover, after the flue gas in this process is purified, there is no flue gas emission in the production environment, which is environmentally friendly and meets the national exhaust gas emission standard.
In the production process, the carbonization temperature can reach 400℃-600℃. According to the characteristics of raw materials, the temperature can be adjusted according to the needs of carbonization.
