The fully automatic hydraulic baler is a special equipment for compressing and baling waste paper, plastics, and carton boards in the garbage disposal and waste recycling industries. It can compress and baling light material waste to the greatest extent, reduce floor space, and reduce transportation costs. It can greatly reduce investment costs and operating costs, and significantly reduce waste transportation and storage expenses.
The whole machine is designed with full consideration of human operation safety. There are protective nets and safety switches at dangerous locations, and emergency stop buttons are provided to ensure personal safety.
The materials to be packaged enter the baler feed channel via the conveyor belt. When the material layer reaches the predetermined height, the main cylinder compression action begins. When the main cylinder drives the piston to move forward and is blocked by the accumulation of materials at the cutting edge, the control system will start the stamping cylinder. At this time, the main cylinder will retreat a distance and then stop to ensure that the stamping device enters the trough vertically downward, and uses the shearing effect between the cutting edge and the piston to separate the material, and then the stamping cylinder returns to the initial position. If the piston still cannot pass through the cutting edge, repeat this process until the main cylinder drives the piston to continue to move forward and continue to squeeze the material.
When the length of the compressed material reaches the set packaging length through the tail counter (the main cylinder drives the piston to circulate and compress several times), the piston body is at the front end of the stroke, and the hook cylinder starts to move, hooking the side plate of the main piston to keep it still. The main cylinder drives the piston to move back a distance (150mm) and then stops and pulls the spring on the main piston to release space for the hook rod. At this time, the hook device starts, and the hook rod lifts the connecting wire below through the chain drive and then returns to the initial position and stops. Then the winding mechanism starts, and the bale connecting wire rotates through the wire claw on the winding device to tie a knot. At this time, the knife plate cylinder moves, and the blade on the knife plate divides the connecting wire into two sections. The winding device continues to rotate and tie knots. When the number of knots reaches the set value, the connecting wire will be released through the rotation of the winding claw, and the bundling is completed.
During the baling process, the hook cylinder retracts, the hook is released, the ejector plate on the piston returns to its original position due to the spring force, and the main cylinder drives the piston back to its initial position as a whole, starting the next action cycle. The bundled material continues to move forward along the discharge channel due to the continuous extrusion of the material behind it. When it reaches the tail discharge port, the tail extrusion cylinder drives the connecting rod mechanism to compact the material again. Finally, the material is squeezed out of the slideway and the packaging is completed. During the packaging process, the tail extrusion cylinder always squeezes the material intermittently, and the pressure is released when the material is discharged.
